This is by far the yummiest (and healthiest) cookie dough I have ever eaten! And it doesn’t require any baking beforehand! I definitely plan on making this in other flavors so let me know what kind you’d like to see next!

Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1 ½ tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp organic unrefined coconut oil (melted and cooled)
  • 3 tbsp maple sugar (not syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

How to Make Edible Cookie Dough

  1. Combine the almond flour and coconut flour in a bowl.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients except the chocolate chips and combine until a doughy texture forms.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. For the best taste, chill for at least 15 minutes prior to serving.
