Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough: Healthy & Delicious!
This is by far the yummiest (and healthiest) cookie dough I have ever eaten! And it doesn’t require any baking beforehand! I definitely plan on making this in other flavors so let me know what kind you’d like to see next!
Ingredients You’ll Need
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1 ½ tbsp coconut flour
- 3 tbsp organic unrefined coconut oil (melted and cooled)
- 3 tbsp maple sugar (not syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
How to Make Edible Cookie Dough
- Combine the almond flour and coconut flour in a bowl.
- Add in the remaining ingredients except the chocolate chips and combine until a doughy texture forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- For the best taste, chill for at least 15 minutes prior to serving.
