Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs (High Protein) 🍳
I finally tried these and they were absolutely delicious! No weird texture and personally I would have never guessed that the cheese in it was cottage cheese. So even if you don’t like cottage cheese, I encourage you to try them!
I used two pasture raised eggs, ½ cup of whole milk cottage cheese and scrambled them on low medium heat until fully cooked. I greased the pan with coconut cooking oil first. After they were done, I toasted some sourdough and added a little salt and pepper. Honestly can’t get enough of them! Let me know how yours turn out! IB: @lexushgordon
