Mango Chocolate Bites 🥭🍫: A Refreshing & Healthy Dessert
Mangos and chocolate are my new favorite combo of flavors! This is such an easy treat to make, and perfect for a refreshing and sweet dessert!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mangos
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp organic maple syrup
- Dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, combine frozen mango, coconut, and maple syrup. You may need to let the mango thaw slightly.
- Roll into balls (quickly as the mixture softens fast) and place them on a lined baking sheet with parchment paper. Freeze for about 30 minutes to harden.
- Dip into melted dark chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Top with shredded coconut.
- Freeze for 15 minutes. Let thaw for a few minutes before eating. Enjoy! 💛
